Online and text/chat counseling works much the same way as traditional counseling. Once you have completed signing up, you can select your counselor and begin therapy, or select a group therapy session to attend. Times that are convenient for you will be scheduled and your counselor will work carefully with you to assist with identifying goals for therapy. Everything is confidential and protected with the most secure software, so there is no need to worry that your information may be compromised or heard/read by anyone other than your therapist. Tell us a little about why you are contacting us or what your counseling needs are. Let us know what type of counseling you think will work best for you. Once we receive your information, someone will be in touch with you within 24 hours to set up your individualized and personal counseling just the way you request it. You can select the amount of counseling or number of sessions that you would like to receive and you can even choose a monthly package allowing ongoing access with low monthly payments. Counseling is provided by licensed counselors and mental health professionals who have years of experience and who have completed a background check.

Video Counseling...$75/week, providing up to 4 - 20 minute sessions per week

Video Counseling...$80/week, providing a 50 minute session per week

Face to Face Counseling...$85 for a 50 min session at our Roanoke or Rocky Mount, Virginia locations

In-Home Mental Health Support & Care...$90 per hour, in-home and community based services

Online Group Counseling...$20 per session
